ICiPS sell-out conference a huge success

The third ICiPS conference was held in Birmingham on 25th February.

The sell-out event included speakers from John Lewis Partnership and ??? from the Tate Gallery. The key message from the day was the need to embed CI through culture change.The 2016 awards were made and winners were: Peter Brookfield for Personal Development; Environment Agency for Step Change; Kent Police and Essex Police for Collaboration and Land Registry received the CEO special award for innovation.
Runners up were NHSBT,NIHR,SLC,CSA and Warwickshire County Council. The 2017 event will be extended to include a two day expo
